SPECIAL NOTE ON CANCELLATIONS:  

Effective February 1, 2004, Chicago Fantasy Baseball Camps, Inc. instituted a new Cancellation/Refund policy. The new policy is as follows:

            100% Refund if cancellation is made prior to October 1;
            75% Refund* if cancellation is made between October 1 and before November 1;
            50% Refund* if cancellation is made between November 1 and before January 1;
            NO REFUND* if cancellation is made on or after January 1.*

* 50% of any Cancellation Penalty assessed can be applied to a future CFBC Camp.

Refund Policy/Special Notes: Due to the unique nature of this event and the administrative costs involved, all cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received by October 1st prior to the scheduled Camp will receive a full refund.  Please read the full CFBC Cancellation/Refund Policy outlined above. There will be no refunds after January 1, however,  50% of any Cancellation Penalty assessed can be applied to a future CFBC Camp.  All participants must sign a waiver and standard release form.  It is understood that the organizers of Chicago Fantasy Baseball Camps, Inc. and the Chicago White Sox Fantasy Camp are authorized to use photographs taken of the participants at Fantasy Camp for promotional and advertising purposes. It is also understood that some former White Sox players/coaches who have been advertised as attending Fantasy Camp may cancel or change. Participants who must leave Fantasy Camp because of illness or injury will receive a credit, only, for use at a future Chicago Fantasy Baseball Camp.
